Duties & Responsibilities:
All employees are expected to contribute to the effectiveness of the QHSE Management Systems, reporting Nonconformities throughout the organization in line with corporate Quality and HSE policies. The responsibilities outlined in this job description are not exhaustive, and the successful candidate may be required to undertake additional tasks and responsibilities beyond this list as needed.
The role you play now will likely be different to the role you play in a years' time; we offer a lot of opportunity for progression for curious and ambitious people which can include secondments to our Chinese HQ. Furthermore, we will work with you to create a Personal Development Report (PDR) specific to you to allow for clear and agile growth in your employment with us.
Process
Firstly, we would like to invite you to have an initial chat with one of our in-house recruiters to ensure that you meet the main key criteria for the role. If this all goes to plan, then you will be invited to meet with one of our lead engineers to have a 2nd stage technical interview. This interview will include meeting someone from our dedicated People/HR teams to delve deeper into your aspirations and further bring the culture of CC7 Europe to life.
We aim to make an offer to the successful person soon after the final interviews, subject to the necessary work visas if required and satisfactory reference checking.
