Your new challenge

The accomplished Process Manager is an expert in Oil & Gas and Refinery technologies,
leading a team responsible for the design and development of CC7 business throughout all project phases. The primary focus lies in the Oil & Gas and Refinery sectors, involving detailed analysis, evaluation, and recommendations to enhance business processes. This role entails overseeing and nurturing a team dedicated to creating and optimizing processes, equipment, and plants. Additionally, the position involves coordinating and reviewing technical assessments of chosen technologies, collaborating with engineering discipline managers to establish budgets, plans, and schedules for projects in alignment
with project management.

The Process Manager diligently strives for continuous improvement in Process design, Schedule, Quality, and Cost objectives of the Projects and the Process Engineering team. They are actively involved in developing, implementing, and maintaining engineering objectives and initiatives to effectively manage project implementation within the Oil & Gas and Refinery business sector. Ensuring that the process engineering team possesses the right talent and skills required for the Oil & Gas and Refinery industry is also a crucial aspect of the role.

Your new challenge will include:

  • Directs and develops a team responsible for designing processes, equipment, and plants in Oil & Gas and Refinery sectors.
  • Manages all Engineering projects in Oil & Gas and Refinery, resolving issues and challenges.
  • Provides input for strategic decisions affecting the functional area in Oil & Gas and Refinery projects.
  • Coordinates studies and evaluations of Oil & Gas and Refinery technologies, licensors, suppliers, and the market, and collaborates with external partners like licensors, suppliers, business partners, and clients.
  • Coordinates technical evaluations of selected Oil & Gas and Refinery technologies.
  • Manages technical proposals for Oil & Gas and Refinery technology projects and coordinates with engineering managers for budgeting and planning.
  • Ensures projects adhere to robust project management processes, staying on schedule and budget.
  • Develops functional strategies and objectives, supporting the operational infrastructure of the Oil & Gas and Refinery sector.
  • Addresses performance and operational issues to improve development efficiency and continuous improvement.
  • Supports the establishment and maintenance of Company Standard Practices and Work Instructions for assets.
  • Coordinates and supports the training and development of Engineers, ensuring the right talent and skills in the Oil & Gas and Refinery industry.
  • Provides technical advice on Best Available Technologies (BAT) and Licensors evaluation for Oil & Gas and Refinery processes.

Job requirements


What we would like from you


At least Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Process / Chemical Engineering, and higher qualification in engineering management. 

Minimum 15 years of experience in Oil&Gas / Petrochemical industry as a Process Engineer, and at least 3 years of relevant managerial or supervisor experience.

Process Development:

  • Develop and document processes and procedures for various stages of EPC projects, including engineering design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify process requirements and establish best practices for project execution.

Process Implementation:

  • Implement standardized processes across projects to ensure consistency and efficiency in project execution.
  • Provide guidance and training to project teams on the use of standardized processes and tools.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify areas for process improvement and optimization based on project performance data, lessons learned, and industry best practices.
  • Lead initiatives to streamline processes, reduce costs, and enhance project delivery outcomes.

Quality Assurance:

  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to assess compliance with established processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

Risk Management:

  • Identify potential risks and vulnerabilities in project processes and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.
  • Monitor project performance metrics to identify deviations from planned processes and take corrective actions as necessary.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, procurement specialists, and construction teams, to ensure alignment and coordination of process-related activities.
  • Communicate with clients and external stakeholders to address process-related concerns and ensure satisfaction with project outcomes.


Technical Abilities:

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken, strong English writing skills for documentation and reports, proficient in English speaking for effective communication with teams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent time management, planning, and organizational abilities.
  • Outstanding social, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional inter-personal skills for effective coordination within Multi-Office and Multi-Cultural teams, reflecting CC7's global presence.
  • Proficiency in System Interconnection and Integration.
  • Strong critical and analytical thinking capabilities.
  • Demonstrates good leadership, managerial, and supervisory skills.
  • Self-motivated with a desire to learn and develop new skills, proactive, ambitious, action-oriented, results-focused, and a team player, adaptable to fast-changing business environments.
  • Customer-first mindset with the ability to unite people across the company to achieve strategic and operational goals in the Oil & Gas and Refinery business sector.
  • Possesses technical knowledge and commercial awareness.
  • Competent in Project Management.
  • Skilled in Decision Making and Delegation.
