Your new challenge
This is a high impact opportunity to lead and drive subcontracting strategy and execution across mahor international EPC projects.
Your new challenge will include:
Lead and manage subcontracting activities across proposals & project execution
Develop and implement subcontracting strategies to enhance competitiveness & risk mitigation
Provide leadership and performance management to Subcontracts Specialists.
Oversee subcontracting input into proposals and bids.
Approve bidder lists and ensure subcontractor suitability
Oversee RFQ processes & ensure robust, compliant tendering
Lead commercial evaluations and negotiations for high-value subcontract packages
Oversee subcontract administration, including performance, cost, schedule, & quality
Lead management of variations, claims, & dispute resolution
Act as the focal point for subcontracting matters across Proj Mgmt, Engineering, Legal, & other stakeholders
Support cost control, budgeting, forecasting, & reporting
Drive implementation of procurement tools & reporting systems
Ensure proper and timely subcontract close-out
What we would like from you
Qualifications:
Degraa in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Law, Business, Supply Chain, or similar
10 + years of subcontracting experience within EPC projects
Eligibility to work and reside in the EU and the Netherlands is desirable.
Abilities:
Fluent in English, both written and spoken, strong English writing skills for documentation and reports, proficient in English speaking for effective communication with teams and stakeholders.
Strong commercial & contractual expertise (FIDIC/EPC preferred)
Proven ability to lead complex negotiations and manage high-value contracts
Strong risk management, analytical & stakeholder skills
Strategic thinker & able to operate across multiple priorities
Proven team leadership experience
